Yes. While IKTAR is based in Lahore, we regularly deliver in-house training programs at client premises across Pakistan including Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and other major cities. For public workshops, the training is typically held in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi; though we occasionally run programs in other cities when demand warrants it. Organizations outside Lahore typically engage IKTAR for customized in-house programs where IKTAR’s team travels to the client’s location.
Program duration varies depending on the content and the client’s requirements. Public workshops typically run for one or two days. Customized in-house programs can range from a single half-day session to a multi-module program delivered across several weeks or months. The duration is always determined by the training needs, not by a standard product template. IKTAR has delivered single-day intensive workshops for senior leadership teams and multi-month development programs for large sales forces. Both have produced excellent results when the design matched the genuine need.
